"The rooms that we had were so disgusting and smelled so bad. Thry were dirty and there are permanent residents in the same hallway who have so much stuff outside their door you barely have room to get by it. We ended up not staying there and having to book a hotel in a different town at 9 p m. There was nobody to talk to at the front desk to try to get different accommodations, so we just had to leave. "

"What else can I say about this property but…WOW! Did not really know what to expect upon check in. The staff are so welcoming, helpful, and just overall phenomenal. The rooms have an old west feel, immaculately clean and quiet, amazing bath products…I could go on and on. Breakfast is included and oh my, it is fabulous. Do not skip it! If you are ever in Sheridan, please give this lovely little inn a try! "
