"The room was very clean with one exception. We found cockroaches in the bathroom the first night. Management responded that they would treat the problem the next day. They did not. They did offer a 10% discount on another stay. Money off this stay would have been more appropriate. It’s unfortunate ..."

"Elevator was out our entire stay. I have a heart condition and they put me on the third floor. I asked to switch but nothing was available. The bed was very creaky anytime you moved. Would not stay again without elevator being fixed it really limited how much I could come and go due to the 3 flights ..."
