"Everything was great--the staff in particular were great, but room was clean, amenities were great. I'm not sure I know how to use Japanese washer-dryer properly, in fact that was a new device for me. I wish I had had a chance to use the public bath! Next time!"

"This was one of the best hotels I stayed in in Japan! The service was outstanding, the room was beautiful and very clean. We had our own private mineral tub and even a massage chair. The Kaiseki dinner was outstanding. I had left behind an important piece of equipment, and the staff found it and emailed me within an hour of leaving the hotel. They mailed it to my next destination for me, I was so relieved! I can’t say enough about how amazing the service is at this hotel. The beds were super soft and comfy with fluffy pillows and even an adjustable bed. We got the best night of sleep we had in Japan!"

"I love the Tanbo no Yu! I can tell that its being fixed up more everytime I come here! This time, really enjoyed the pure stream bath it was very warm and a comfortable place to chat with my husband. The food was delicious and healthy with many flavors and unlimited hokuriku rice!
