"The hosts, Gary and Sandra, were so welcoming. It felt like home. Breakfast was amazing. The property was safe, wrll kept, and so fun to sit in the swing at the lake and enjoy the fall day. Rooms were very quiet and so comfortable. Highly recommend for everyone looking to get away and enjoy the area. We will return again. "

"We recently stayed at the Country Inn in Walker, MN, and from the moment we walked through the door, our experience was wonderful.
Check-in was quick and friendly — the staff greeted us warmly, explained all the hotel services, and told us about the complimentary breakfast. Our room was spacious, spotless, and in excellent condition, with thoughtful touches like a mini-fridge, whirlpool tub, roomy desk, and plenty of towels. We especially loved the little rubber duckie gift for social media photos — such a fun idea!
The hotel itself was clean and inviting throughout. Although we didn’t use the pool or hot tub, both looked well maintained and appealing.
Breakfast the next morning exceeded expectations, with a wide variety of hot and cold options — scrambled eggs, cheesy potatoes, maple sausage, cereals, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, juices, and more. The dining area was large and spotless, which made the meal even more enjoyable.
Overall, our stay was delightful in every way. We highly recommend the Country Inn in Walker to anyone visiting the area — it’s a comfortable, friendly, and well-run place to stay."

"Everything was good, Probably need to do some maintenance on decks. So rotten wood etc…. But maintenance man was a very friendly guy and great to visit with. New fish cleaning house is Al ost top of the line. However they should add plug in on there over flow parking so you can plug a boat in to charge. "

"Lovely resort, super clean, well thought out, friendly, gem of a resort. The restaurant was really good too. We plan on coming back with our family every year at least once!
