"Chambre neuve, accueil souriant, propre. Je vais m'attarder sur les problèmes en espérant une évolution même si pour le prix de 150€ la nuit dans le coin je pense qu il y aura pas mieux. Déjà le spa est limité a 50 min par jour et cela n'est pas indiqué sur l'annonce, de même pas de bain à remous mais un bain nordique; et il faut réservé d'avance voir avant d'arriver pareil pas d'information avant d'être sur place. Le chauffage n'a pas de thermostat à température mais seulement un robinet...

"The best thing about the Parc Hotel is the location for accessing the ski lifts. The Hotel is situated in the centre of lower part of town so easy to walk to shops, climbing centre and close to bus routes. The rooms are clean and comfortable and staff very attentive and kind. I would recommend this hotel for families. "

"We hadden een ruim mooi compleet appartement met zicht op de ski pistes. Animatie activiteiten is alleen in het frans en voor ons dus niet begrijpelijk. Zwembad gaat pas om 10 open en is ca 21 graden. Wel mooi groot bad. Wellness is verder beperkt t.o.v. aantal gasten. Zelf handdoeken meenemen of extra huren. Pendelbus naar de gondel iedere 10 minuten is ideaal (2 minuutjes lopen vanuit het complex). Skibus naar ander dorp is via betaalde lijndienst!"

"My daughter and I stayed for a week. The check in staff and shuttle driver were all lovely. The restaurant/bar staff were a bit hit and miss. The room was very nice, shower amazing, good charging pod which was a bonus. There were no drawers which was difficult for a weeks stay. We ate 1 night at the hotel and it was awful. It was 35 Euro per head for a buffet starter of antipasti veg (some very nice) and the same limp salad, meat and cheese served at breakfast. The desserts were...
