Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Not good for a family of 5

The only reason I didn't give it the worst rating was one person trying to resolve the issues named Dustin at Vacasa rental who was in charge of the reservation after I booked with Hotels.com. The room was supposed to have 1 queen, 2 twins, and 1 sleeper sofa. When we arrived there was no sleeper sofa and only an inflatable queen size bed which took up the entire living space! No one came in to clean the unit the entire 5 nights we were there! The unit is incredibly drafty due to poor sealing on the windows and doors. Honestly, for the amount we paid I am so disappointed with this rental unit. This is the first time I have had such a bad experience renting with Hotels.com. What it stated the unit was and the reviews for it were totally different than what we got. I am seriously upset that the unit was never cleaned in a 5 night stay when we paid such a high price. I have rented similar style units before in Park City and in Colorado and never had this happen.
