"The hotel is in the old town which means that taxis or Ubers cannot get to it. It's a short walk from where you get dropped off, but it's a good idea to have figured out walking direction before getting dropped off perhaps? The front disc staff were extremely helpful with everything and anything that we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the room was fine 🙂"

"The staff were lovely and the facilities were delightful. To walk round the Lake then have a sauna or fun in the pools is a real treat. It was very busy as it was school holidays which we didn’t realise. The buffet restaurant is also a great offering. Huge variety. "

"We stayed just the 1-night and for that this hotel was perfect! The way to the room was janky and the walking path to our room felt weird. It felt as if the hotel bought the next door building and tried to merge both the architecture together but didn't work out. The included breakfast spread was great with various many options and a first time I have seen champagne / sparkling wine available :)"

"I wouldn't recommend booking this hotel with double room since its falsely marketed for 3 people even though it doesnt accommodate it. They are trying to sell all the rooms as for 3 people. The rooms can only accommodate 2 people maximum. When I placed my booking, I booked it because I was under the impression that the room can sleep 3 people. That's how the room was being sold via Expedia. I brought this issue up to the front desk in the morning the next day since I was out and about celebrating for NYE. When I got back to the room for the 1st time, it was a 2 twin beds. I was a bit disappointed about not being able to accommodate for 3 people. Apparently all rooms were booked even though it was quiet at the hotel. I told them that the room should accommodate 3 people but it wasn't to my expectation during the time of booking. They said they will have someone check out on Friday and they would reserve that room for me. I followed up with them that same evening, the next morning, and the afternoon. When I got back to the hotel after my day out, they said the room was booked and it was full again. Every time I spoke to them about the room being available for me, it felt like it was the first time they heard about it and they never acknowledged it. I felt that they kept on leading me on. I won't recommend anyone. I asked expedia to step in to resolve this matter but due to multiple failed attempts to reach the hotel, it defaulted to their cancellation policy which was no help."

"It was an absolutely horrible experience and i checked out the same afternoon I arrived that morning. The staff were rude and I felt like an inconvenience from the get go. Expedia tried to contact them with questions I had ahead of time and no response. When I got there they claimed that they do not receive messages from Expedia and that one has to contact them directly. Then why are they on Expedia and they sent an initial welcome message through Expedia? The room was dirty and I took pictures. Curtains were stained. Blood stain on one bed and another stain and hair on the other bed. Bathroom was not clean. Hair on areas of the floor and gunk on sink counter. I had to clean the bathroom with my own anti bacterial wipes I brought. When I called the reception, Amir (the only nice one) came up with the cleaning crew to check the room. The cleaning lady got mad and was “going off” and and angrily speaking in another language. Amir and the other cleaning lady (not the angry one) helped change the bed. I did not feel comfortable or safe. I called Expedia to change and book a different hotel. Expedia tried to call Meksiko while I was there and no one answered. Meksiko claimed that Expedia did not try and call them and implied that Expedia was not being honest about trying to reach them. When I was checking out of Meksiko two new ladies had arrived. They would not even tell me their names and they ended up being rude as well. Their online pics are not accurate of what is."
