Check in time is 2pm. My rooms weren’t ready until 5 pm!!!! The staff told my MY 2 rooms were being cleaned and I needed to wait. I had an event to be at and had no access to my rooms. I tener to cancel, but they told me it was too late. I will never be back to this hotel and I will not recommend it to anyone. The door had so many gaps you could clearly see daylight. I booked these rooms with Expedia, when I tried to cancel through them, the phone number given was out of service and to the hotel.

Not all that great
It was okay but probably won't stay again. We had reserved a king but they substituted us for two queens. The furniture like the desk had obvious water damage and swelling. The bathtub had no plug. The breakfast was mediocre but the hot things were kept hot with an attendant moping around in case you needed something.

When I pulled up after dark, the parking lot was lit up like it was daytime, and I really appreciated that. Staff in the evening and in the morning were very polite and friendly. The door to my room was ajar when I walked up, so I turned on all the lights to make sure I was alone before I closed the door. As to the reviews of people not hearing anything else, really??? I swear, when the pounding on the door above me began and yelling for Michael, I assumed Michael was either on the toilet or dead. That went on for about 6 minutes. The gentleman in the room beside me talked for some time, not sure if it was on the phone or to someone else. Around 10pm, it was utterly quiet until morning, so nice. The room was SPOTLESS! There was some peeling laminate on the end table and the headboard, but the bed was comfy and the room had been updated. Breakfast was okay, there were a couple of hot items. All in all, I will probably stay there again.
