The beds were super comfortable. The doors blocked out any sound from outside. Transportation to the hotel is very easy as the metro station is directly outside the entrance. Would thoroughly recommend and will stay again.

A hidden gem! Super friendly and helpful staff. Room was exceptionally clean. Busy neighborhood but very quite in the room. Would definitely stay there again.

Don't stay here, the rooms are very small and beds are on the floor with no space to even put your luggage. The street noise is horrible with street lights and sirens coming in constantly. Many options in Paris, this shouldn't be one.

Dear Mr Conor Calvert, Thank you for your feedbackWe don't really understand your comment : our room are quite big in comparaison for Paris hotel rooms and our windows are soundproof to 39 dB and the air conditioner allow to keep the windows closed for the night. Great location easy to walk everywhere the room in the 4th floor was nice and quiet , the only confusion we had was we were handed a complimentary drink tickets towards any drink included some of the cocktails but when we asked for a drink the Canadian waiter told us we can have only beer wine or Prosecco , But overall we liked this place very much .

expensive, no wardrobe, no elevator, good location
I was disappointed at the lack of a wardrobe (or even and hanger!) in the room. There is no elevator and the stairs are steep. The breakfast does not include fried eggs (or fried anything). The location is great, though. The price seems high.

To be honest we don't really understand your feedback because everything you mention was very clear when you made your reservation : - Your room was on the 3rd floor and we don't have any elevator and it's a very important point that we mention everywhere before the reservation on the confirmation of booking once again on the pre check in message - Regarding the wardrobe or the hangers, they are both present in the room as you can see on the pictures of the room so we don't really understand your complain about that point, moreover, we have many availables to add extra in the room. Guests can contact us before arrival if they want us to put extra in the room. - Finally, about the breakfast, indeed we only do provide boil eggs, but our breakfast does also comes with pancakes, "croque-monsieur" and fresh products and all free to self-serve. Highly recommend
Very clean and comfortable. Nice shower with tons of hot water. Quiet on 4th floor facing courtyard. Great location to walk around with many places to eat and close to public transportation. Very friendly staff. No elevator.

Very nice spot.
Very lovely staff, clean rooms, modern and good location. Nice view of the Opera and laneways. Windows that open and good aircon. Cons - Very firm bed and pillow. No elevator, although understandably not uncommon for Paris.

Very nice hotel at the Bastille
The hotel is direct next to the Bastille, several great restaurants, bakeries and metro lines. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean, specious, and well equipped. The bed was very comfy, but be aware the the mattress is direct on the floor as shown in the pictures. Also, there is no lift. We really enjoyed the stay and would come back any time.

I simply was amazed at the beautiful accommodations. I booked this for a whimsical boutique feel and that is exactly the energy of the hotel. Love the bar downstairs as well as the room. Our room was facing the street and I was impressed by the quality of the windows to keep out the noise. I cannot wait to stay here again!

Lovely staff, clean facilities, very comfortable rooms. On a busy street, but windows completely block out the noise. Not fancy part of town, but interesting neighborhood and 5 minute walk from amazing coffee place called Back in Black. Also, very close to Place des Vosges and Le Marais. So it is a good location.

This is a little bit of an oddball property. It is upstairs from a bar, accessible through a hidden passageway in a bookcase. Also, the mattress is right on the floor. This would have been fine if we were 40 years younger.

This property was great for our family b/c we were a group of 5 and needed 3 rooms. I emailed the hotel a few months before our stay to ask that we be on the same floor if possible. They put us on the same floor but what was amazing is that there are only 3 rooms on each floor so we had an entire floor. The staff was super sweet and always helpful. It's worth noting that there isn't an elevator (which we knew in advance) but I did forget that EU considers the first floor Zero, so when we were climbing the spiral staircase to our 3rd floor hotel rooms, we were really going to the 4th floor. Definitely not a deal breaker, just mentioning in case someone has mobility issues. The Bastille area is really fun, there were at least 4 restaurants directly across the street and plenty more nearby. There are 3 Bastille Metro stops so it literally took a few minutes at most to be in the Metro (there is one directly across the street). There is a grocery store a few doors down (make a right out of the hotel) and we were able to pick up wine and snacks. There is a bakery/ breakfast items directly across from that and a dessert shop right next door. This was our first time going to Paris and our hotel definitely made our experience great!

Great spot just off the Bastille. Room was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Small bar that backed onto the square which was reasonably priced and good for people watching. This was the perfect place for us for an overnight stop in Paris on the way down to Nice, both in terms of its offering and its location, as it's roughly halfway between Gare du Nord and Gare de Lyon. Will be coming back.
