Family of four /Excellent holidays
Excellent location, in proximity to Metro line Kremlin Bicetre to one side and Porte d'Italie on the other side and located in the 13th Arrondissement in central Paris. Easy access to the Tramway, buses all within 5 minutes. A very wide range of restaurants, cafés and boutiques. There is also a hypermarket ( Okabé) in which amongst others is Auchan supermarket. A ventage location for your journeys to centre of Paris. The very lively avenue , Fontainebleu is at proximity. The hotel is ideal for families. It is secure and comfortable. This is a first class hotel presently rated 4 stars but worthy of 5 . We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable stay.

Beware and call property before reservation.
We had executive suite but w/o AC. It was warm and toasty in summer. We could sleep any night. It was miserable. Table fans provided were not of any help. Wish we knew there was ongoing AC issue. It started months ago and that was not fixed tells it all. I hold hotels.com responsible for my misery.

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty hotel.
We have an awful experience at this hotel. Let me go over details: 1.- The room was dirty, the rug look like it hasn't been vacuum in years, there were some left over from the previous gest under the bed. The shower had mold everywhere, the tub was dirty. The room smell unclean. 2.- No AIR CONDITIONER. We were not inform that this Hotel did not have AC. Also we could not open the window because the latch was broken. 3.-Parking, was the only good thing about this place. However, it cost 18 euros per night. 4.- Common areas like hallways, elevators, lobby, were bellow average. We had to stay in this hotel for three days because we needed the parking, and the other hotels near by, did not have parking. I bought some disinfectant to spray it in the shower. Do not book in this hotel.

awful hotel. Do not stay here. No service.
There was no hot water when we arrived. Man at reception said at 11:00pm the engineer will come. At 11:00pm his shift finished and he disappeared. The next member of staff who came on at 11:00pm knew nothing about it. He was helpful and water hot water was eventually turned on at midnight.

Located in a busy district,I think it was a really convenient location for the price. Which was itself, very good considering I had bed and breakfast for three adults and a toddler. Very friendly and very helpful staff, who were very happy to warm up baby food at a moment's notice.

Room had plenty of space although the hotel felt warm. I tired to adjust the AC but didn’t cool enough. Location is not the best but definitely a great place to stay if you are willing to use the Metro. The station is around the block.

Our stay was quite disappointing. We asked for extra coffee and milk in our room and ere told there is no more. So we couldn’t have coffee. The rooms are absolutely hot with no air conditioning. Cleaning service would knock at 8am.

The food including buffet were good and the staff is great but all rooms are HOT as in over 80 degrees F. It’s due to the boiler system and turning off the heat doesn’t help. We borrowed a small fan from the front desk but it didn’t help much and this was for a weeks stay in late January.

Property was OK, typical basic hotel room. Would say more 3 star room. Breakfast area was nice and a good breakfast served. The area was not good at all, this is what would put me off staying again. The main tram area is next to about 14 high rise flats, many high on drugs/drink hanging about. We didn't feel safe at night. We did discover a longer route which was a lot better and felt safer (kremlin) metro route

The pleasure was all mine.
A magnificent first impression of Paris. The young belle who checked me in spoke perfect English and outlined everything wonderfully. The staff was exceptionally helpful going out of their way to provide me extra water, summon a cab and show me to their luggage storage room so that I could enjoy every hour of my final day in Paris. Breakfast was a feast every morning, meaning I saved time to reserve for seeing as much as possible. It is my intention to visit Paris at least annually, and I shall return to Novotel, in addition to refer to my business colleagues. Merci beaucoup!
