One of the best in the area
Comfortable hotel in a quiet area next to parks and the Seine. On site free parking and an indoor pool (extra charge). My preferred choice for visitors to SW of Paris.

Was a little shocked that we could use the swimming pool unless we paid an extra 50 Euros.. and the room was quite small . We were quite disappointed with our stay as the website made it look amazing

Great hotel
very nice hotel, friendly staff. I was on business trip and arrived late in the hotel so couldn't enjoy the welness but this looks great. I will certainly come back in my private time

We had to switch rooms because electricity did not work any where in the first room. The second room had no air conditioning and the front desk told us air conditioning was not available in the building however other rooms had air conditioning. The place has a good location. The place looks nice but very poorly maintained. I would not stay here again. You’d be better off car camping.

Beautiful neighborhood
Overall, it's a very nice stay. For people love nature surroundings, it's a wonderful place to stay. Right next to La Seine and hiking path, beautiful. Very convenient for parking and cozy restaurant for breakfast. However there are some issues bothered us a bit, ie, for 9 days stay, they put us right next to the elevator and cleaning/laundry room which is noisy sometimes from morning until night because all the big cleaning carts are just outside the room. What's more, the elevator was broken during half of our stay, at last we have to carry our big suitcase and walk the stairs without any assistance. What a pity. But anyhow, we were there to visit family during Christmas, it is a beautiful neighborhood and we definitely will go there again. Hopefully the elevator will be fixed by then and have a more quiet room. *_*

I loved everything about this property, the location calm and less than 10 mins walk to the IFP school where I was on training, the restaurant (!!!!), the massage (ooooohhhhh!!!), I even managed an hour at the teeny tiny "gym". Only problem I had was an unexplAinable bad funky smell in the room! I didn't complain about this to the hotel because I usually was too tired to move when I got back in the evenings but it sure made going back to my room not so "excellent". Besides this, it was a perfect stay and I will definitely be returning. Already recommending to all my friends!

Worth staying at
Reception staff very helpful. Rooms were very nice and contemporary. The issue for me was that there is no English speaking channels on tv. This is very disappointing.

Beautiful suburban upscale hotel next to Paris.
We picked this hotel outside of Paris, due to us renting a vehicle and the stars. Very beautiful, under construction since they are expanding. Excellent food during lunch and dinner service. A few things, the toilets where placed really high. I know odd? They are very eco friendly. We came during a weird weather change. The first three nights it was cold outside, and we just left the AC/heater off (they have a central control for the heat and cold so we were not able to change the A/C). However, the next few nights it was hot, we had to sleep with our balcony door open, which is a HUGE problem since it is next to La Sienne. What I mean is MOSQUITOS, and my was I uncomfortable and full of bites the next day. My suggestion? Add some screens. Plus people go to party back there making noise well into the night. The staff is super nice, went out of the way to help with our questions, and comments.

Three nights in the vicinity of Paris
I was amazed when I saw the pictures and the website of the hotel, it looked so amazing and comfortable, and as a four stars, there are some standard services that you would expect. Then, I arrived, and was put far away in a guesthouse, completely disconnected from the main building on a site that is under construction with many inconveniences. The SPA as announced is not a standard one, and there is no gym facilities. The mini bar is just filled with one small bottle of still and one small bottle of sparkling water at a terribly high price, and the room was so tiny for a double. Indeed the bed is comfortable, but there was no ironing - which one expects at any four stars in Europe, and the price that was charged was totally unfair for the standard offered. The breakfast was also very average for the price charged. I was really disappointed with the staff (have to wait long before getting a iron and a very poor one when it arrived), the phone numbers that are put there for room service or housekeeping are not responding, and you have to call reception, and they are not treating requests on phone. Will not recommend neither go back there Thanks

le relais de la malmaison is ok
transportation here is by cab or private car. otherwise you walk half mile to the RER stop or bus. restaurant is expensive and menu does not change. room is nice but efficiency room key sets off timers that are annoying. Bed good. Housekeeping nice . Nice pool, sauna, and hot tub.

Good but can be improved
Very nice and quiet hotel located by the seine river. My room was a bit small but really confortable with a modem bathroom and king bed. My only concern was that the spa building and the main reception building including the bar and restaurant were separate from my building. Not convenient when you have to go to different places for breakfast, have a relaxing time at the pool. I used the room service but the menu is really limited and Ive been advised that I couldn't choose any dishes from the bar or restaurant menu. But on the website it's said you can. I was a bit disappointed. But overall pleasant stay and convenient for me when I have to visit the French office once again a month. Only 10 min drive

A brilliant hotel, but perhaps not for families!
I chose this hotel because of the location as my family and I would be driving the following day to Calais for the Eurotunnel, we were late arriving because of the so-called 'black Saturday' holiday traffic, but we were greeted with a very friendly welcome by the concierge Justine, who knew who we were, I thought this was a lucky guess, but it was quickly apparent we were the only guests with young children! Because of this our family room was actually two rooms with communicating doors, which while it allowed my wife and I to have time to ourselves, it was a bit impractical keeping an eye on the kids. The hotel is tucked away next to a golf course in a suburb of Paris, and while there were lots of rooms there were comparitively few other guests, so it made for a very peaceful stop after driving over 600kms earlier that day.

Fantastic Facility close to business district
The hotel is in a magnificent setting and is highly original. I paid a reasonable price for a top quality room and ate at the hotel restaurant which was again top quality and as you would alos expect quite expensive.

Grosse déception... on y était pour nos 20 ans avec ma femme D'abord le bien : le spa et le massage OK La literie et la douche très bien Ensuite le pas bien: - d'abord à l'accueil, on me dit quon m'a surclassé en suite... non non javais réservé une suite - la suite justement... c'est une grande chambre, pas une suite (mais au prix d'une suite), à peine un canapé le long du mur mais je n'appelle pas ca un coin salon... je passe sur les trous de peintures sur les murs qui font au mieux vieillot, au pire "Formule 1" - la salle de bain, douche baignoire et lavabos ok, à niveau... mais le carrelage mural et sol, on se croirait dans un vestiaire de foot, franchement à des années-lumière de ce qu'on est en droit d'attendre d'un 4 * (surtout en suite !) - je termine sur le fait que le bar etait censé fermer a 23.00, quand jai appelé en rentrant du restaurant à 22.40 pour réserver 2 coupes de champagne... on m'a répondu que le bar etait fermé depuis longtemps car il n'y avait personne... manque de professionnalisme absolument lamentable... je travaille dans le service et si je dis à un client qu'un service est ouvert jusqu'à telle heure, je peux vous dire que je vais me faire insulter s'il essaie d'avoir le service 30mn avant la fermeture et que je lui réponds qu'on a fermé parce qu'on n'avait pas eu d'appel les 2h précédentes... et il aura raison car il paye pour ce service, tout comme j'ai payé une "suite" dans un hôtel 4* et pas dans un 2*

À éviter absolument
J’ai réservé cet hôtel pour visiter le château de Malmaison le lendemain de mon arrivée. Cette réservation a été faite sur ce qu’indiquait l’hôtel ainsi que sur les photos accompagnant le descriptif, soit un balcon attenant à la chambre, ainsi que l’accès à une piscine. C’est vrai qu’une piscine est accessible avec un léger supplément, soit 45 euros par personne et par heure d’utilisation. Comme je ne suis pas complètement idiot, j’ai décliné cette proposition. Également, il y a un vraiment balcon attenant à la chambre, mais il n’y a pas de chaises ni de table, rien du tout! Que faire d’un tel balcon, je vous le demande! Donc, si vous désirez relaxer à votre arrivée dans un hôtel, allez donc voir ailleurs, vous vous en porterez mieux.
