Property was really nice and clean Only drawback was the elevator was out all week! Luckily we had a 1st floor room. Wife has climbing issues. Staff really pleasant and helpful with dining info.only about 50 minutes from the airport and about 30 minutes to most things

The room we stayed in was beautiful. The staff quickly helped us with any issues we had. The rooftop bar had great views, great drinks. The restaurant downstairs was pricy but the food was delicious and filling. Would stay again!

A nicely appointed boutique hotel. The 2nd floor balcony rooms are very nice. The gourmet menu is limited and there are no exercise facilities. But the staff is helpful and courteous.

A disappointing experience
I will just state the facts here : 1. was asked to pay a huge deposit on arrival which was unheard of as my booking was through hotels.com. Contractual parties are the hotel and hotels.com, not the customer. 2.outside temperature was around 9C and the heating was terribly low. I was brought an air heater as if I was staying in a low budget hotel. 3, the hair dryer in the room was not working. Made a point on 2 consecutive days. The solution offered was to move to another room (upgraded) with a nespresso machine that was not working 4. my friend's jewellery disappeared from her room 5. only decaf coffee available at breakfast. So considering that I have booked a Marriot to have a comfortable and stress free stay the whole thing went terribly wrong. I have been travelling for 20 years and this was by far a disappointing experience.
