Very rude staff
The property was nice and clean- the room was very small, but fit us. The area isn't a great one- access to the Metro station is through a little bit of a sketchy neighborhood. Our biggest complaint was that all of the employees we interacted with at the front desk were rude. Some extremely rude. I booked through hotels.com for 3 people (me and 2 preteen daughters) and I added the cost of breakfast to the booking, but at the hotel, they told me that I only paid for one breakfast (that wasn't an option on the booking- the booking was for 3 people and I added the breakfast option) so they would only let one person eat. We could pay more per person, but since I had already technically paid and we are also not big eaters (between the 3 of us we probably eat as much as one man) it was pointless. The staff were very rude about it, though. They were also short when we requested an extra roll of toilet paper. We would not stay here again or recommend it based on the staff, the area or the walking distance to the metro stop.

Property was in a very unsafe area. Due to construction, there was no pedestrian crossings and no Uber would lift us. Nearest metro, Port de Chapelle, which the receptionist sent us to with no warning, is so unsafe, feared for our lives due to being followed and harassed by groups of men. Towels provided by hotel were dirty and sink leaked. We checked out one day early and when we told staff this they did not even ask why we had decided to book another hotel. Would not return or recommend.

I arrived early and asked to store by luggage before I could check in. The receptionist said that they would store for a fee, which I thought somewhat unreasonable. More disappointing was the fact that the receptionist said that the front desk is closed and the power off for the early afternoon. That seemed evident because the air conditioning certainly was not working in the lobby and the front sliding doors were wide open did not close and open. There were flies buzzing around inside the lobby. Overall, the staff did not seem all that customer-driven.

Value for money, friendly staff, very reasonable, close to transport but didn’t feel safe in the area at times walking to the station. Many homeless in the streets around.

Clean and Good Breakfast but ROUGH Neighborhood
The rooms were ready early which was nice because we arrived on a red-eye and needed to sleep. The rooms looked nice in all of the photos but we didn't expect to have concrete floors and a tight area. The rooms are very narrow. The bed in the middle of the room was just two singles pushed together. There wasn't much room for luggage and we had an infant that needed to sleep on the ground because the bed had a gap in the middle. The breakfast was good and better than trying to find a location close. The neighborhood is ROUGH. Be prepared to walk past the tent city and panhandlers. If we did it again we would stay somewhere else.

Water was so hot in the shower which was wonderful. Unfortunately there wasn’t a shower cap. And there should be toothpaste and toothbrush packs available for sale just in case the customer forgot to bring one. Also there should be a bottle of water in each room.

I didn't get into the property. You took the money out off my account and never told the hotel. That we had booking. Because we rang ahead to tell the hotel we were Comming and they didn't have me and my3 other guests on there books. So I will ask you please to put that money back into my account thank you

Obwohl es an der großen straße liegt hört man nichts davon. Die zimmer sind recht klein, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Das personal war freundlich, das Frühstück lecker. Metrostation nur 4 min entfernt

Très satisfait
Mis à part le quartier assez particulier, j'ai été très agréablement surpris pour un Ibis Budget du confort ainsi que du cadre dans cet établissement. Accueil, cadre, décoration, il n'y a rien à dire. Très propre et personnel très agréable.Un plus pour la personne chargé de la sécurité (si ce n'est pas sa fonction je m'en excuses), qui a été très agréable et prévoyant concernant le quartier et les choses à faire pour notre sécurité. Jeune et efficace. Sincèrement très bien.

Problème au niveau de la réservation et communication difficile avec le personnel d’accueil qui est peu aimable et compréhensif. On s’est fait rabrouer plusieurs fois. Les règles notamment pour les espaces ou l’on peut manger ou non ne sont pas clairs. Une seule carte par chambre qui pose problème lorsque l’on ne se couche ou lève pas aux mêmes heures car ensuite on ne peut pas prendre l’ascenseur. Bref ce séjour n’a vraiment pas été agréable.

Prima accommodatie qua ligging. Dicht bij de Metro en de auto veilig kunnen parkeren onder het hotel, top ! Qua bedden, er ligt een plastic hoes over de matrassen, hygiënisch maar niet echt koel, met als gevolg dat je je bed uit zweet. Helaas kunnen de ramen niet open wat ons een erg benauwd gevoel gaf… Omdat het best warm was, miste we een mini koelkastje ( bij boeken niet op gelet ) en de haarfohn niet gezien. Maar ontbijt was prima en aangezien wij er echt alleen waren om te slapen, is het een prima hotel qua prijs / kwaliteit verhouding.
