Hotel Pavillon is in a great location, convenient for accessing bars, restaurants and shops of Montmartre as well as metro stations, whilst being quiet and safe. The staff were friendly and helpful and pre arrival check in was ideal. The room was clean and airy and the bed was extremely comfortable.

It was a very nice stay. The staff is super friendly. Very polite. They offered us to keep our things since it wasn’t the time of the check-in yet, which was very convenient. The area is very nice but it gets very busy and loud around 4-5am. If you are staying near a window, which we did, you might hear the outside noise. The sheets bed were a bit dirty with stains but besides that the rest was very clean and the bed was super comfy. I had a great stay and would return if I get the chance to.

Unbeatable location, but this hotel is a two-star at best. No toiletries provided, dirty linen on the beds, and no access or drinking water, tea or coffee in the room. It was my 2nd time staying here...they say their renovating but the quality certainly hasn't got any better! Not sure I'll be back for a 3rd stay.

The location is perfect. Montmatre is a beautiful area and easy access to two metro stations - Abbesses and Blanche.

Only real complaint was that the space between the beds and window was too tight to move around comfortably-kept catching feet on end of beds which wasn't great-a few bruised toes as a result! I suggest moving the beds further inwards towards the wardrobe where there was unused space! Other than that our stay was enjoyable! Thank you and we hope to return next year! Regards Cath and Jan x

The room was on 2nd floor and with no elevator. it was hard to carry the baggage to 2nd floor using stairs. The unit was quite small and not worth the price I paid. The shower door was leaking water outside in the bathroom and it took 2 days to get it fixed. The staff was nice and friendly. the area is nice with lots of dining options and connectivity to metro. It was walking distance to Basilica of the Sacré-Cœur.

Good little space to lay your head at night and clean up for your adventures each day… breakfast was adequate in a pinch. Daily housekeeping was a nice touch and I adored the open windows.

Fabulous location and lovely room. Breakfast lady was clearly unwell with a runny nose and nasty cough…in a world recovering from COVID I certainly was reluctant to eat anything she’d been near! Shame the shower head holder in our bathroom was broken, the light fixtures were loose, and then the sink leaked all over the bathroom floor. No refund or change of room offered.

The staff were super friendly. The rooms are small and no ac but there was a fan in the room and overall was a good stay as we were out most of the day so the room did the trick. And very close to metro station (2 of them)

Staff were very kind and polite, every person we spoke provided very good assistance and were happy to do so, plus they were always smiling and kind when we came and went during the day. The weather was very warm but our room had access to courtyard so we were able to sit outside when inside was too warm. The room did have a fan so we could move air around. The location was great for public transit that made visiting attractions easy and convenient. We had clean towels and toilet paper without having to ask. Only issue was the hair dryer on the wall needs to be replaced or a normal one put in the room.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds, clean rooms a little tired but perfectly fine for a 4 day stay. Electric fan especially useful as very warm when we stayed. Very close to large selection of restaurants, cafes, bakers, and supermarket so all meals catered for, plus Metro 5 mins away made getting about easy (181 steps to platform but there is a lift!)Pleasantly quiet in our rooms on first and fourth floors considering closeness to rue des abbesses. Overall, very good for a 3 star hotel.

Really friendly and helpful staff! Also in a great location just off a main road of restaurants and bars. 10 min walk to the main square in montmatre. Room was as it looked in the pictures. Only slight issue was a smell of drainage but overall a good hotel to stay at.

I had a late check-in and my room got double booked and not available for me when I arrived. I had warned hotel about late check in. They refused to return money either. They just laughed at me showed me to the door. Horrible experience. Waste of time, nerves, money - total frustration and the worst part of the trip dealing with that hotel. Expedia was not able to help either.

A Great small hotel in Montmartre.
A great little hotel in an amazing location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are small/compact and are a little tired. They could also do with a deep clean. The showers are great with plenty of hot water at a decent pressure. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here.
