The hotel was quiet, calm and comfortable, not at all what we were expecting since we used to live not a block away in the 17th. The windows were double paned, the room clean with very modern utilities and even a telephone, We felt secure and in good hands. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, speaking either in French or English. Breakfast was included in the booking price. We'd go back again in an instant. Better than typical big city three star hotels. It was a hidden gem during our stay in Paris.

Super clean room and shower/toilet, very comfy bed. Very friendly receptionist too. The location is great as well - super central / easy to get to!

Not a good stay
We walked up the dark stairs to our room. NO lights. We had to use our phone torch. Then the keycard didn’t work So I had to go back down. After getting another- we walked in to a room with people’s belongings in it!!! We eventually got checked in to a Room that was most definitely not a super delux. It was small and the shower flooded. The internet did not work the whole time we were there and were told they were waiting on a new router. Not helpful when you are away and need Wi-Fi. The coffee machine was also intermittent. When we woke up Monday morning we found we had not been topped up with tea and milk in our room. Would definitely not recommend this hotel and a refund is required of some sort!

The only thing positive was the amazing staff. Other than that, unfortunately my room was very disappointing. Upon check in I noticed the shower wall was dirty with brown spots (which came off with a simple towel so it obviously was not cleaned), stains on the carpet, black dirt stain on my pillow case and stains on the wall. With cleanliness so important in these times, this was shocking to me. Total lack of important basic details. I’m sure I’ll get a standard “we’ll pass it along to our staff” response but hopefully it actually gets addressed for future guests.

Good little hotel, decent location & plenty of character. Room was small as was the bed but it was very comfortable. Room was very clean & well insulated. Would book again if I was in the area again

Its my second stay in this hotel and it doesn't disappoint me. Room is a bit small - but in good size for Paris. The bed is super comfortable and shower has great water pressure. There are good walkable options to eat and very good location for sightseeing as well. Would definitely recommend!

A good location in walking distance to Ternes metro station but on a side street so quiet at night. A few bars and restaurants close by also. Close to Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysées. Hotel is very clean and modern and was ideal for our 2 night stay. Would definitely stay again.

Good stay!
I had a very nice brief stay. It was well located within the 17th arrondissement, close to the 8eme and metro accessible. The area was quiet and there were many nice restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean.

Bathroom needs improving - 3 people sleeping n the room but only 2 towels, 1 towel hook, no wall shelves for storage, no shower screen in the bath. Had to leave most of our items on the floor for 5 days.

Very good hotel in Paris
I've stayed in this hotel twice and have enjoyed both stays. Our room was for 3 people and it was very spacious - the bed was super comfortable, good water pressure on the shower and excellent quality on bed linen and towels. In the morning I would smell coffee inside the room, likely because we were right on top of the kitchen - it didn't disturb us though. Breakfast was good and, in my view for Paris, worth the price asked. Location is convenient, with subway close by, around 20 min walk to the Arc and several restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel Elysées Flaubert - excellent location!!
It was an excellent stay for me at Hotel Elysées Flaubert. I anticipated a small room upon check-in, as most of hotel rooms are in Paris - but to my suprise it was larger than expected. I brought a massive massive luggage with me and still had plenty of space to move around in the room. The room was also clean and had a Parisian character to it which I loved. I was travelling solo to Paris after my business trip in Germany and had a large and comfortable bed all to myself. :) There was a simple kettle as well as cups in the room if you wish to make instant coffee or tea which was also provided. What's perfect is the location of the hotel which is 10-15 minutes walk to Arc De Triomphe and shopping strip, Champs de Elysees. You have the option to have breakfast in the hotel, which is a fairly small eating area. Otherwise I recommend to go to any of the cafes along the hotel - there are so many to choose from. For the ladies, you can get your mani and pedi done at a small lovely spa situated a couple of doors down from the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a basic boutique hotel, yet easily accessible to touristic attractions. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Room was nice and clean except it smelled like air freshener - like the kind in a public bathroom. It was so strong that we had to leave the windows open and the cigarette smell from outside was better than what our room smelled like. For the price , it was definitely not worth it. But if smell and noise is not a problem to you then the location of the hotel is great.

Petite rooms but clean and updated
The hotel is small, but it is pretty close to 2 different metro stops and the staff is very friendly. We had a great experience even though the rooms are petite. The beds are comfortable and pretty large, but let's face it, you're not going to be spending the majority of your time in a hotel room anyways! Great for the cost!
