This small but cosy hotel is well run and the staff charming. A little uncertain, safety wise at night in the locale and one has to ring the night bell to get in.However once in ,that adds to the safe feeling . Lovely area,so much to see and beautiful shops and places to eat.

Unclear rules, staff can be snippity. Ok room.
Check in was weird. Lots of unclear rules like ring the doorbell to be let back into the hotel at night since we have to give the give back every time we leave. So I did ring the doorbell and then got chastised by a different receptionist why did I ring if the security gate wasn't closed? Rooms we ok but bathroom was weird. separate room for toilet and separate room for shower and sink. Area was dodgy, we power walked back at night.

Great hotel in the 18th ARR
The hotel is very nice and convenient. It's close to Sacre Coeur neighborhood, close to a metro station and has tons of good and affordable restaurants within 15 min of walking. The service was very friendly and the rooms very clean and well serviced. I can only recommend the hotel. Would come back anytime!

Absolutely the most uncomfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. Barely got any rest at all as it was like laying on a slab of concrete. Hotel makes you leave your room key at the front desk which is concerning.

We are sorry that the firmness of the mattress, a sign of quality appreciated by our customers, did not suit you. Moreover, as you have been told, it is precisely to easily control the comings and goings in the hotel and to prevent people foreign to our customers from accessing the hotel that we ask to deposit the key at the reception. . On your simple request, we would have let you keep your room key without any problem.

This was our second stay at the hotel de Flore and to be honest we didn’t want to look any other hotels because our first stay was exceptional and we wanted to go back there! The room is always very clean, there is everything you need in there and if there isn’t the staff is always ready to help. The staff is very polite, always available and approachable. One guy even recommended a restaurant that was just amazing!! The hotel is at walking distance from Le sacre coeur, 3 minutes distance from the metro 12 that is well connected with all the other places. We will definitely come back and stay here again!!

Good location and beds, However poor soundproofing internally and extremely means quite noisy, they audio do not let you keep your room keys which feels risky for security and means you cannot enter your room without interacting with front desk

Definitely sty here.
Perfect little hotel nestled on a curvy street in the heart of Montmarte right near Sacre Couer. The desk staff were extremely nice and helpful to a person who struggles to speak French - they went above and beyond to help me navigate the Metro. The room was pretty and the price was right.

Nice, clean, cozy hotel with fabulous employees. The staff was extremely helpful especially Anne and I believe his name is Eugenie. Anne was so attentive, supportive and helpful. Being in a foreign country where you want to feel like asking questions is totally OK and you are not stupid for asking is very important. The gentleman made sure I got in the right cab and that he did not overcharge me. I would stay there if I were to go back.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Even the boss took his share of night duty on the front desk. Our room was a small double but that was what we wanted, we were out all day and when we were in for the evening we watched t.v. or read. My only complaint would be the breakfast was rather expensive for what it was. Having said that I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends.

Good safe neighborhood, friendly hotel staff who spoke good English which was helpful since we didn’t speak any French. They offered a breakfast but we chose to eat out instead. Hotel was busy but we never really heard or saw anyone else which was nice!

I love this property because the staff is friendly and it’s close to the Metro system. The beds are firm but comfortable and the shower has excellent water pressure. The staff puts safety and comfort as a priority. The area is walkable to food and culture. I’ve stayed here 2 years in a row for vacation, and would happily return in the future.

Hotel was clean and the staff were really friendly and spoke great English. Location was good as it was close to the metro and there were a few nice places to eat around the hotel and it was walking distance to lots of other nice places to visit. Only negative I can mention is that the walls were quite thin so I could hear upstairs showering in the morning and evenings.
