Regarding the bottles of water, we places everyday two bottles in room, as soon as the housekeeping teams finished with their service. This applies for all the rooms. Should you need more water, of course we do have a room service and they will send you as many as you needed,it will be at your cost.However, I am very suprised to read your comment; as I did not refuse to give those waters, I told her to call the room service and send them to your room. As I remember correctly I gave your wife 4 bottles on the day of her check in (12.06.23) and the next day another 2 bottles at the reception. I also do remember that I did not argued with her. I just informed your wife about the way in which she can get the bottles. You then came in between to ask me the rules, the hotel policy and for my name written on the paper. I regret to read your comment as you just describe them above and once again we are very sorry not fullfil your expectation during your stay. We have taken your comment very seriously, this will help us to improve in the future.Note that we have done all that is necessary according to our standards.
