"We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The complimentary slippers were a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and professional, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was wonderful and we were served coffee at our table a real treat. One small issue—our in-room telephone didn’t work, so we weren’t able to order room service. We ended up using a local takeaway instead, although we would have preferred to dine in. Hopefully, this is something that can be easily checked for future guests. The cleaning team at 09:00 were a little too noisy next door too but we managed to ignore. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would gladly return. "

"The staff are kind and helpful, the hotel is lovely and comfortable. The saunas, pools and hot tubs are clean and inviting. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety including vegan options. It’s a very nice 22 minute walk along the sea to the old town where there are cute shops and restaurants, especially Merisalo. Skip the expensive trolley to town and walk! "

"This is one of the six hotels we stayed at booking through hotel.com. This is the only one that we gave a poor rating to The front desk staff was very good and in general spoke strong English The restaurant staff was another story. The person assigned to wait on us could not really speak English. When it came to dessert, there was a dessert in the counter outside of the restaurant that I assumed worked together with they didn’t I couldn’t get that dessert while in the restaurant The room was not clean. Didn’t temper the floor had been swept at all. The shower curtain in the bathtub was about 4 inches. Too long. The bathroom did not feel clean. They had two indoor pools, but we chose not to use them concerned about cleanliness"
