"Second time at Les Cottages du Lac. The cottages are great and well equipped, so quiet and nice private garden to have outdoor dining, you can rent a bbq hot plate. The lake beach is a few mins walk with local playground and lots of water sports but the lake was polluted this week so we couldn’t swim in it. Nearest swimming lake nearby is 25mins at Sanguenet - beautiful! The food at the restaurant is very good but we found this year they are not as flexible as they used to be at dinner time....

"A beautiful suite for the two of us right on a fabulous sandy beach. Beautiful views over the bay to Cap Feret. Easy to walk in either direction to beach bars for a drink or snack. A real treat to have a hot tub all to ourselves. It was a thirty minute walk into Arcachon for a bigger choice of shops and restaurants. Walking on the road on a hot day felt like quite along way. Would love to come back but will definitely hire bikes next time to make the journey easier!"

"Property is large enough for a pleasant vacation ,we travelled as a couple property was for 4/5 which would mean using lounge as a bedroom so may be a problem with a family. Swimming pool was clean and safe . The only problem was mosquitoes we were unable to use the outside seating area with sadly all methods tried to minimise effect . "This is the PERFECT place to stay in Arcachon. The property has 10 large and very well furnished apartments, is quiet, and located within an easy walk of everything - the beach, the port, and many cafes, shops and restaurants. Incluidng its own - right on the port. The staff could.not be nicer or.more friendly (special mention to Samuel, Inez and Patrick). We loved our stay and will definitely return."

"Schöne Unterkunft. Wir hatten eine super Wohnung mit Sicht Richtung Meer und konnten jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon geniessen. Wenn man aber eine Wohnung kriegt die zum PP oder zur Gasse hin ausgerichtet ist… Naja dann ist das eben nicht so super. Aber die Lage ist eifach fast unschlagbar. Direkt am Strand."
