Grand Canyon-Parashant National Monument Trip

all was good except getting our luggage from the bell/luggage staff no answer on the phone had to go down and find the right storage place and get someone to bring to room My wife was still on hold this whole time

Staff was top notch throughout the property. From the check in counter to the restaurants to the casino employees. Very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here and you must eat at the sushi restaurant and the Edge steakhouse was 5 star. Service was incredible there.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a fridge.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.
