"Room had a cupboard door handing off its hinges (housekeeping must have seen it). Second room was tired, and could do with some "work". More sadly, I left a document folder behind in the room (I then caught Ship to Tassie, and couldn't return), and no one even bothered to call to inform me. They asked for my number at check in."

"Walking into the room was an attack on the senses. Mould on the bathroom ceiling, thick cob webs on the kitchen window which didnt open worn out and sagging bed and sofa but worst of all was the the pungent stench of the carpet. This place needs to be shut down!!!!!!!."
