"I was impressed that the smiling owner met me at check-in and explained the hotel layout and amenities before offering to bring my luggage from the car to my room. He offered me an upgrade to a balcony suite for which I was most grateful after a long trip. Hitesh was also at the desk on my departure and checked if the nights stay was comfortable and all the amenities were sufficient. I thanked him very much for their hospitality and mentioned Iโ€™d have a group coming next year. Peter k"
