Our top choices for Paralio Astros hotels with a balcony

A coastal view from a balcony overlooking a marina with boats, a beach, and buildings in the background.

1. Astros Beach Hotel

Paralio Astros

"The location of the hotel is great. It is close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The biggest problem however, was that the hotel was poorly staffed. One person was expected to cook, serve, make coffees for all the guests. By the time a coffee was ready the meal was finished. This wasn't the fault of the employee but rather of how they managed their personnel. We had to ask for amenities such as soap, towels, an iron on a regular basis. Our room was not cleaned daily and there were...

"This hotel is in a perfect location directly on the sea shore. That is only good thing I can say. We arrived at 14.30 and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive on reception to be told the room was not ready and to go away for an hour. When we returned we were showed our room on the ground floor which we booked as a family room with a sea view and it looked at the carpark. There were 2 twin beds pushed together and no extra beds in the room. The mattresses were as hard as boards and very...

Naus Hotel

Nafplio City Centre

10/10 Excellent

A beautiful, modern hotel in a perfect location in the heart of Nafplio’s Old Town. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. If possible, choose a room with a sea view – it’s absolutely worth it. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. One thing to note is that some rooms have the sink inside the bedroom, which may not be comfortable for everyone. Overall, a wonderful hotel that I highly recommend.

10/10 Excellent

First vist to this city and so lucky to have booked this excellent boutique hotel for our stay... location could not have been more perfect in the old Town area and close to the harbour front but not too close to be noisy. we received a warm welcome on arrival and all staff were excellent from reception to breakfast to room servicing. Breakfast included in the price was a combination of fresh high quality local produce and an al a carte option for egg dishes. A definite highly recommended for...

Pension Dafni

10/10 Excellent

Such a lovely stay at Dafni - perfect location for walking around Nafplio. Especially liked the courtyard for breakfast and chatting with Sonia in the shade. Everybody was so friendly and interested - our four days were enough to get a flavour of the area but next time we'll stay longer to see all the bits we missed! And have some more orange cake! And some more .......... Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

A room with a view of a mountainous landscape through a window, a round table with a bowl of fruit and two glasses of wine, and a grey sofa.

Grand Sarai Nafplio

Nafplio City Centre

10/10 Excellent

We booked a 3 night stay in Grand Sarai as part of a Greece mainland touring holiday. Nafplio is a UNESCO site and Grand Sarai is at the heart of it, dating from c.1700. The interior has been tastefully renovated, while the exterior is a picture postcard view. Our bedroom was comfortable and well furnished with a high-spec bathroom. The breakfast area was limited with a good choice of options. There are large numbers of shops and restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. The only...

We stayed here for a 3-day holiday and enjoyed it from the first moment to the last, first of all the hotel was in the bazaar and within walking distance to everywhere. The breakfast was great, we stayed on the rooftop with my wife and 3-year-old daughter, the room was incredibly beautiful and modern, it had 2 balconies, the room had a coffee machine, a refrigerator and everything, the staff was incredibly attentive and smiling, thanks for everything
