Last minute break . Booked 4 nights and we loved it so much we extended our stay . New hotel ( it runs extremely smoothly ) rooms are well equipped . We had an ocean front … worth the extra the view is priceless . Staff very attentive and nothing to much trouble. Loads and I mean loads of upmarket sun loungers by the pool . Breakfast has a good selection, something to suit everyone . We ate lunch at the pool bar most days . Good menu and the food was always hot and fresh ,,

Staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Hotel is in a lovely quiet position and easy walking distance to main resort of Protaras. Nice long walks along the coast both ways but take trainers for rough ground. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Took half board option and staff in dining room very helpful in identifying gluten free options, including providing gluten free bread. First impressions were good , clean hotel and room , friendly staff and very relaxed . First evening we went for dinner and found it odd to not be greeted at restaurant doors or shown to a table or for someone to explain about dinner options Drink choices were very limited but what we did drink was good quality . The hotel manager was excellent and upgraded us to a junior suite as we had a child wit us. Konstantin the porter was amazing and really made an effort with us when we arrived and left. This was a last minute find, but was so happy with the choice. Hope the good service continues!

Extremely luxurious hotel that was surprisingly affordable (late April). Staff were friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Hotel is basically a ten minute bus ride from Protaras and a twenty minute ride from Ayna Napa. The local beach (Konnas) is a five minute walk away, just on the edge of their beautiful national park.

Amazing hotel and fab service. They really did go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We went with our 3 month old, were able to fill her flask with boiling water everyday. They upgraded us on arrival to a beautiful sea view room which already had a crib ready for our little one. Room was cleaned well everyday. And anything required was promptly catered for. I had a wonderful stay at the cavo maris hotel. It really is an authentic Cypriot hotel in a beautiful location.For me cyprus is all about the beach, the sea is spectacular and the beaches beautiful. We enjoy our accommodation because the location, the staff Marcus , Andrea, and George was very nice to us. The food and drinks was very good. In general all the hotel is clean.

We had the best experience staying at Alva. The hotel staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful. We had booked to stay for 10 nights in the standard apartment and when we arrived, we were greeted to be told that we had been upgraded to a suite. The hotel room was lovely and clean. Cleaners did an amazing job every day cleaning and they would give you fresh towels. The hotel had 1 hour free wifi slips that you could pick up at reception. Been to Ayia Napa before but not to Adams Beach Hotel. Wished we had known about it earlier because we had a fabulous week there recently. The facilities are really good and the food excellent. Restaurants in the hotel especially the Glasshouse on the roof are as good if not better than anywhere in Ayia Napa. The staff from cleaners to management are so friendly and accommodating and are available to listen to your comments on a daily basis. We will be back!!

Lovely hotel with lovely food and excellent staff from cleaning ladies to management only negatives are the beer and could do with more entertainment in the evening on the beautiful outside terrace . Directly on a lovely beach where we spent most of our days as swimming pool was very noisy with lots of children running about .
