I sincerely apologize for failing to reach your expectations. Let me comment each issue one by one. Upon your arrival we offered you the same room as you booked: superior pool view room. And when you didn't like it, we offered you superior sew view room. And after your second visit to reception, we did change your room second time because you didn't like the location. We always try to meet or exceed our guests’ expectations. Please note that all observations about cleanliness of the rooms and empty plates during the breakfast have been discussed with all departments.
