Facility and staff was great. Unfortunately the first night on property our next door neighbor (a local) woke us up at 1:30am beating his gf and it took them 3 hours to quiet the situation. Needless to say no sleep that night. Hotel walls are super thin.

Had some intial issues with check in due to the room having a strong smell of smoke and mold. It was eventually resolved after escalation to the hotel manager. He did a great job of ensuring we didn’t encounter further issues. The staff was very friendly and helpful overall. It was a bit over priced compared to other properties I’ve stayed with similar offerings.

Warwick Paradise Island All Inclusive was a very nice place to stay. Every staff there was so unbelievably friendly! The only issue we ran into was one of the bed lamps didn’t work. Maintenance came immediately and said they’d have electrician come in and check it out. Definitely will go back!! Highly recommend!!! Christine Scarberry

Outstanding stay! The staff go above and beyond a special thanks to the manager and front desk Sharma and Kendria. They made sure that we were taken care of. The day we were due to come in the airport closed and we had a lot of delays Sharma assured us and we had a seamless check in. They are so patient and compassionate. We have stayed at other resorts before but this one exceeded our expectations the food is delicious, never long lines, fun activities all around 10/10. Highly recommend and we will be back. Also Skinner at the front door was helpful with taxis.

The property is at a safe Location. Staffs were ok, server kendrick was very nice. The property itself is in need of a makeover. The towels need to be replaced even though they were washed they had a lot of stains.bed skirts and certain are in bad conditions. The hotel itself is not bad, it just needs to be upgraded.

Dining options are very scarce, only one restaurant a night was open along with the buffet. Buffet is extremely limited basically its salad bar, burger, a chicken or nachos and that’s every day. The Edgewater Grill on the water was very good and so was the Italian restaurant. The beach is small but it’s nice because it’s very calm. The pool is inconvenient due to the fact that there are only two sets of stairs for such a large pool so it makes it very inconvenient to get in and out of. The restroom are very small in the room and they don’t provide hand soap so bring your own. Most of the staff was very kind and helpful some didn’t want to be bothered. Oh and by the pool there is one cocktail server that took 45 min to get a drink then when I reminded her she said “oh sorry, I get off work soon and I’m already checked out” hahahaha I was shocked by that answer. I’m giving this place 2.5 stars, it was “ok” but not sure I would return.

The staff was amazing !! But it was all underwhelming the property was very old. Rooms were outdated. We were there from Thursday to Monday and our room was only cleaned once. It wasnt much to do. Everybody wanted cash and the only working ATM's were downtown or at the other resort. Very expensive to do activities you would get a better bang for your buck in Cancun

Hotel accessibility was poor. My husband was in a wheelchair and it was very difficult to get around the pool around - there were no ramps and umbrellas were placed in the pathway so you couldn't get by with a wheelchair.. There were no ramps, the door to the lap pool area was broken, the doors were not handicap accessible/push buttons to open doors.

Most of the staff were amazing, especially the breakfast crew at the Veranda. The bartenders were honestly, hot and cold. The lunch venue by the pool staff, provided food that was mediocre/bad tasting and so was their attitude. Overall, it is checked off our bucket list...never again

Honest review - I would give this resort a 2.5/5. The pros were that the staff is extremely nice. Literally anything you want, they will try to accommodate you. If you need transportation, they will call a cab for you. Also the food and drinks were good. I feel like the specialty restaurants are overrated but the reg cafeteria is very nice with plenty options. The cons were that the bathroom is extremely small. I stayed at the most expensive room so I was very surprised about that. Also, I did not like the bedding - it wasn't smooth to me. In addition, it is all inclusive but if you want to eat at the speciality restaurant, you must must make a reservations. It's a little inconvenient because you have to go down to the office or call to make them and sometimes you don't get the time You want. It's also hard to reschedule. Also if you want to do laundry, make sure to bring change - the resort will not be able to supply you with change. Overall, the food/drinks and staff is what made me tolerate the resort but I would not stay here again.

This all inclusive hotel did not disappoint. Tbe checkin was easy and the stass member was friendly. The amenities were well msintained. The gym had all tbe basic equipment and the pools were awesome. The food was always fresh,plentiful and tbe restaurant called Verandah served the most delicious fresh food imaginable. Just the beat buffet ever if you enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables and fresh fish. Yum. The rokms were always well attended to,and they were spacious and clean. I really enjoyed my stay at the Warwick. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. I want to give a kudos to some staff, Shanaya, Jamal, and Ian. They definitely stood out during my stay making sure I felt welcomed. Can’t wait to come back for a visit!!!!

Stayed there for 3 nights for a girls trip and we had a blast! There are a few restaurants on site but we honestly loved the buffet option the best. The staff was all super nice, rooms were clean. The outside area is nice, we went in the hot tubs a couple of the nights with our drinks and it was very relaxing. For the price I think it was well worth it. When we come back again I would definitely stay again.
