"Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. However, the sound-proofing between floors is poor, so my husband was woken up frequently by the person in the room above us walking around. Also, there was quite a bit of space around the door to the room, causing a lot of light to come through all around the door."

"The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big. The issue we had was parking. They don’t have enough spaces if the rooms are full. We have a nice SUV and this hotel is near the University. They suggested we park on the street; a very busy street. We had to park away from our room in a restaurant parking lot. We weren’t real happy!"

"Property is renovated but still a motel, for a 1 night stay it does its job. Bathroom toilet is somewhat peculiar, so close to the wall that you wonder who would be able to use a toilet like that. Overall it’s an ok property located in a great location. "

"Outdoor pool needs to be heated… I get it that Chico is usually warm, however, it needs to be heated when it’s NOT warm in Chico, which it wasn’t that warm the weekend we were there. The hot tub was GREAT! "

"The welcoming was warm and friendly. The whole place is 10 stars clean . Super confi room, airy , great bed and pillows , brand new bathroom , great shower, very elaborated breakfast ( delicious ) and a very very good cup of coffee . Fast and again friendly check out . The staff was so nice and friendly , it’s refreshing ."
