Room was clean. Staff was courteous.
Room service needs more staff. Called to get food and it took 15 tries to get an answer. Lady said she was the only one prepping food and answering phone. Buffet food was blah and other restaurants was hard to get in because they were booked with “elite member ” reservations.

Very clean, all the needful are stocked. Staff was amazing and hospitable. Quiet and yet u walk out of the hotel, the beach is just across bustling with people and other restaurants. So u can have ur peace and quiet when u get back to the hotel. Food was also very good at their cafe. Reasonable price. Breakfast is free and healthy to get ur day started.

Staff was amazing. Elite is definitely the way to go. The staff in the elite lounge/bar was awesome. The staff at elite breakfast was also so pleasant. The Steakhouse was by far the best dinner.
