"Je ne donne pas une note parfaite car nous avons trouvé un bas et un "marcel" qui dépassait du lit qui lui était bien fait mais le fait de trouver ces pièces de vêtements trainer indique un ménage passé très rapidement ."

"A do it yourself hotel experience: full kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery) washer and dryer provided for laundry, maximum privacy. Vibrant, eclectic neighbourhood with a great array of shops, cafes within steps of the door. Metro station a block away. Compact and cosy with windows that open. Great pied-a-terre for a few days."

"Lovely hotel with immaculate cleanliness and an excellent location near a variety of dining and shopping options. I would definitely consider booking here again. The only minor (and it really is minor) drawback was that we received just two coffee pods, one of which was decaffeinated. A few extra coffee pods would have made our stay even better. Highly recommend."

"The room and bathroom were dirty so we asked to be switched to another room. That was done promptly. But the next morning when we asked for cleaning supplies to clean we were told first we could have them and then we could not. Also the hotel was full and the breakfast room was packed. People were eating in the lobby, in the elevators and everywhere. The signage for the garage is weird as they share the garage with another hotel and we found many guests lost. But overall the staff were helpful and the location of the hotel made up for many of its flaws."

"The bar staff was great, check in smooth, properly and rooms were nice/clean and comfortable Only issue was one elevator would not go down from 15th floor every time. Had to get out and use the other elevator twice. No one at front desk to mention it to. Other than that would definitely stay again"
