Horrible service and hotel doesn’t deliver on what you pay for. We had to fight to use the included parking, then check in took over 35mins due to reception staff being unhelpful and messing up our room key. The restaurant refused to make any food for the last hour it was open. None of the drinks (wine) were available. Bathrobes were not included as advertised for the room with the hot tub. The bathroom clearly needed repairs as there was a hole in the ceiling with dirty water dripping into our room. All issues were pointed out to the reception team and they did nothing to address any of them. Only reason it didn’t get 1/5 stars is because the bed was comfortable and breakfast was passable. Do not recommend to anyone and would not go back. Choose another hotel in town - there are better options at the same price point.

O quarto em si muito bom. Mas a Tv da hidromassagem não funciona! Pelo menos a moça que me recepcionou não estava em seus melhores dias. Se estamos pagando precisamos de mais atenção! Se não quer trabalhar dá espaço pra quem quer, tem muita gente boa pro serviço.

O hotel é antigo, nas fotos ele engana bem. A cama é boa porém o banheiro é velho, sujo e não tem uma boa limpeza, cheio de pelos grudados na parede e tive o desprazer de no dia de check out as torneiras e o chuveiro sair água suja de barro. Um verdadeiro absurdo e despreparo, nunca tinha passado por tal situação!!! Me cederam um novo quarto para tomar banho e o chuveiro não saia água fria ou seja, tomei banho na água quente num calor de quase 35 graus… Péssimo hotel, um dos piores que já fiquei na vida!!!

Estadia em Paracatu - MG

O Hotel fica bem localizado e com uma boa estrutura. Entretanto é necessario que seja realizada pequenas manutenções. A porta de vidro da varanda do quarto 206 precisa de manutenção. O contactor/temporizazor estava vibrando fazendo barulho de baixa frequência. A solução que encontrei foi dormir retirando o cartão para desligar o contactor/temporizador. Deveria ser considerado a opção de 2 travesseiros sendo um mais baixo do que os dois disponíveis. Eu tenho dificuldade de dormir com travesseiro alto.

A recepção foi tranquilo os funcionários bem atenciosos, quarto limpo e organizado. Tivemos um pouco de problema devido a barulho no corredor. A acustica dos quartos não é muito boa e as fechaduras das portas fazem muito barulho quando são destravadas. Excelente café da manhã

Quarto amplo e cama confortável

Nosso quarto era amplo, limpo, com uma cama excelente. Havia um microondas e uma mesa com cadeiras, mas nenhum prato ou talher. O banheiro era limpo, porém, tinha um cheiro forte de cigarro que entrava pela janela e deixava o ambiente ruim. O café da manhã era apenss razoável.
