"The property as a whole is excellent....the valley view rooms are amazing. The rooms and bathrooms are great, bathrooms clean and have been renovated well. The checkin experience was sub-par - the specific manager who did our checkin was rude and un-empathetic. The restaurant is good - while they have quite a bit of options, not everything is available. The local food options are good but some of the other options such as indo-chinese cuisiine is not that that great. The house keeping staff and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. Overall was a good stay and experience for us, barring the checkin experience."

"Beautiful Property, British Heritage Property.. great service and staff. They are not just pet friendly but pet loving..Great location middle of all the tourist spots. Superb getaway from city life."

"Food Quality has been definitely increased. Typically, i don't dine here during my stay. This time - due to extreme heat conditions - tried the food here and it has been improved a lot. I enjoyed the cardamom tea ( evening preparation was too good compared to the morning one) and pallipalayam cauliflower."
