"Checking into the property was easy and straightforward. The rooms were nice and clean. Stayed on the second floor - took awhile to get hot water to the shower. Only thing that we did not like was my wife tried calling ahead to see if the room had a refrigerator, but when she called all she got was an automated answering system with prompts and was never able to get in touch with anyone to answer her question. "Outside looks a bit rough, but rooms, at least my room, was very clean and cool. Cathedral cedar ceilings, has a great old Wisconsin look. New carpet and tile in bathrooms. Very comfortable. Staff very nice, English not great, had a bit of issues talking with them, but they were helpful. Would recommend and will stay again next year when I come back up here. "
