It is embarrassing that such a booking was confirmed in the first place, and the stress caused is entirely due to your company’s failure to ensure the property was operational. I will be taking this matter up with my travel insurance provider and expect Hotels.com to review its internal processes to prevent this from happening to other customers."

"Its been our second time to Hazyview Cabanas and it was an amazing experience the 8 sleeper units have been newly revamped. So modern and clean absolutely loved it. The facilities and activities for the kids and families over the holiday perios was great. Friendly welcoming staff and the Rivers edge resturant was great if you dont feel like having a break from the kitchen."

Although two of the LED lights were not functioning, the overall experience was very positive and offered great value for money. The nearby restaurant, Orange, offered an exceptional dining experience that seamlessly complemented our stay at the guesthouse. Each dish was a delightful testament to culinary artistry, making our meal both memorable and satisfying. "Saw hippos first 5 mins on property. Helicopter ride was awesome. Food was ok but view from restaurant was awesome. 10mins to Kroger gate. 2 minute drive to elephant whisperers. 2 minutes to Perry’s trading post"

"American average style hotel room with American King size bed and comfortable mattress and pillows covered with clean sheets. Bathroom was clean with fair size shower stall and toilet size and with enough legroom to seat and enjoy morning d**p. This place met my expectations."
