Our room was clean. Owners were very nice. Great value, especially for being close to the National Park. We felt very safe. The only thing we didn't like had nothing to do with the property. There are only about 3 places to eat in town.

The bathtub was dirty and not possible to block the water in the tub to bath my kid. Otherwise the location is near Bryce Canyon so it's convenient if you want to make a stop before visiting Bryce Canyon.

Small but comfortable room. Certainly not luxurious, but everything worked properly and we had a convenient location to attend the Panguitch Valley Balloon Rally for my birthday getaway.
