"My mother and I stayed for one night and we would never return to this hotel . The service was disrespectful, unsafe and incredibly rude . My mother and I have never been treated so poorly . The first day we arrived at the hotel to be greeted by the cleaning lady that asked to be paid immediately. I gave her cash but she wasn’t able to supply us with a receipt. When we arrived the owner claimed that she didn't received our reservation confirmation because the email was sent to the spam folder (!!) although we had already paid our stay through credit card. But she said that we were lucky(!!) and she found a room for us in another establishment and in the same price. The other room was worst than the one we booked and certainly had a lower cost.
