"Room was quite nice and comfortable & they had left welcome fruit and snacks which were very nice, however everything else was just very average. At best. After a long travel day, we tried to order dinner at 6:30 & they would not let us order until after 7pm. Service was very slow. Tables not cleaned properly after the afternoon tea, which the front desk told us about & that we should go enjoy while waiting for our keys, but when we got there tea was all gone and never got refilled. Just lots of dirty tables. We went up to the pool as it lists a restaurant up there (again at 6:30pm). Saw a few dishes on a counter, but no restaurant, asked an employee who just looked confused and went into a back room and didn’t come back out with an answer. Had a balcony which at first looked nice but then realized the garden it was even with was under construction, so not that nice after all. We did sit out there for a bit and eaten alive by mosquitoes. We were happy we were only booked there for one night. "

"Rooms were spacious, clean and with all amenities that’s needed. Food and choice was also very good. There is ample parking and staff were helpful and cooperative. "

"This is an almost brand new hotel. I stayed in a queen suite with separate living area. The room was spotless and I appreciated the full sized suite and AC. Great infinity pool on the top floor provides an unrivalled view of the railway and general industrial activity. The food was first class. 20 mins by Uber to Mysore Palace. Very efficient staff control transport. Hotel clesrly has a few staff training issues to address still but everyone tries really hard to please. Highly tecommended "

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. Overall, it was a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service. "

"Weird noise vibrating the entire room and probably the building, did not let me sleep well. It was one of the 2nd worst hotel stay considering I travel worldwide and spend about 30-60 days in all kinds of hotels in all parts of the world. Managent tried to change my room but that did not help much. Sorry but it was not a good experience. Also, the entire building was smelling weird spice smell. "
