Very disappointing experience, especially with the incorrect room assignment. We arrived at night and were given a room assignment. Security informed us that the room had no access code, so we contacted the host. I was then told that the room we had booked had actually been assigned to someone else. Despite knowing this, the host still sent us to the room. We went upstairs only to find the door locked with no way to enter, so we had to come back downstairs. We waited for almost an hour at night before we were eventually sent to an apartment instead. The apartment was not very clean and was not what we had originally paid for. The host agreed to a partial discount and said the refund would be paid in person the following day. However, I received no discount and no refund. The new room was also missing basic amenities. There were no slippers, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, and no detergent. Overall, the entire situation was poorly handled, from giving us a room that had already been assigned to someone else, to making us wait almost an hour at night, to placing us in accommodation that was not what we paid for. The promised discount/refund was also never provided. Very disappointing experience.

Excelente para el precio. Buena ubicación. La atención al cliente en la entrada del edificio no es la mejor, los custodios del edificio o porteros como le llaman no tienen la mejor atención con los huéspedes, eso es algo que desagrada un poco. La limpiada del Apt corre por la cuenta del huésped, pero todo lo demás está bien para ese precio. Teniendo en cuenta que soy una persona que solo va a dormir a la habitación, está muy bien.
