Complication station

This business needs A LOT of work. My poor friends got to the condo a couple hours ahead of us and ran into endless problems. The condo owner was supposed to email me, the booker, with the condo number and code to get in. I never received any such email. The people at the front desk wouldn’t give us their information to contact them so we had to call and wait on hold for an hour to talk to a 3rd party about contacting the owners of the condo just to get in. We finally got the info, went up the 13th floor, only for the code to not work. 40 more minutes on hold led us to find out we were told to go to the wrong tower. So we go to a different tower and the door code wouldn’t work at all. So one more 30 minute phone call about getting the code on the door reset. Talk about a nightmare. This trip was supposed to destress us from school and it started out with so much stress. Once everything got figured out our trip was fine. Gorgeous view of the ocean, great vacation town in general. Will never use Grand Panama Resorts ever again.

BAD BAD TRIP

When I arrived I was given a one bedroom when I paid for a two bedroom. There wasn’t enough room for all 6 people that came so they put half in a motel 10 minutes down the road and they couldn’t stay due to the nastiness. So the next morning we had to meet the manager at 9 am to fix the problem. We got another Condo somewhere else but not with all the beds that was needed. When we got to the condo the refrigerator didn’t work and it took 2 days to get something done with it.

Nice condo community

Really nice pool and the property is clean and well taken care of. I was disappointed with the room. When we arrived mold was in the master bath. The management company sent someone right away to clean it, but was very obvious so shouldn't have been missed in the first place. Furniture was out dated and not comfortable.

The pool & balcony were wonderful. However, parking was a nightmare. Be expected to walk a ways to your room or vehicle. There was a constant beeping from the room above which lead to little sleep. Mattresses in both rooms were terribly hard & a call left for maintenance regarding a bathroom flooding issue & ants in the kitchen went unanswered (this was more an issue for management rather than the resort). Overall, our family won’t stay here again.

The condo was more than we expected .We thought we were getting a 3 bedroom and got 4 which was nice, however we did think we were gulf front but we were across the street. We did still have an awesome view of ocean though!

The Grand Panama Resort was absolutely horrible. I was on my anniversary vacation to Panama City, Florida. We paid to stay on the Grand Panama Resort property. We had to pay an additional twenty dollars for parking. I think this should have been included in the fee that was paid upfront. My family and I got to the unit and it was a old smell, mildew and mold throughout the rooms.I was very disappointed and had to find somewhere else to stay. Management offered a refund but have not received it yet.

Elevators are my only complaint!

The elevators were crazy. 35 minutes was the longest we waited, but some waited an hour. It was close to checkout time, but there’s still 7 elevators in the property. Other than that, we loved it. Our unit was clean and exactly what we imagined! Would stay again!

Bad customer service & room needs attention!

After driving 14 hours straight, the check in process seemed a little erratic. The women checking us in did not seem to know what she was doing. There was confusion on what tower/room that was actually ours, the pin on on lock and a lot of other inconveniences. The customer service was terrible. We spent 45 minutes trying to get into the wrong room because that’s what we were told do to. Also we kept getting hung up on when we were letting them know that our pin wasn’t working. The rooms were pretty but needed a good cleaning. Just a grimy feel. The patio furniture was worn out. One of the seats were broken and could not be sat in at all. The kitchen cabinet had a broken handle and the bathtub still had hair in it from the previous guest. Whoever is maintaining this condo should be fired. Also the bed was hard and we woke up with a backache every day. The comforter on the bed felt disgusting and like it hadn’t been washed so we put that aside. The things that should make the guest feel comfortable all need updated.

we went to check in and the lady at the desk could say nothing but, "I don't know". We ask where our room was, I don't know. We ask about arm bands and was told, "I don't know" It seams that she was the only person working, everyone else was gone for the holiday. She was unable to answer a single question we ask. It was a fly by the seat of the pants visit. We will stay else where next time we go to Panama City Beach.

The location was great and the condo was huge, but the condo had a musty smell to it, same with the bathroom connected to our room so I kept the door closed. Wasn’t aware that you do in fact pay for parking it was 20 upon arrival. Furniture to the bar could be replaced it looked super old and had a lot of stains. Towards the end of our stay we had some people doing renovations above us which was annoying because you couldn’t relax in the condo without hearing a constant drilling noise.

I liked the location and beachview. The room was very disappointing. Bathroom had a lot of mold , the hair dryer was off the wall. We felt like we were staying in a thrift store. Furniture was old and dirty. A lot things need to be done. Dryer did not work.

The property was located at the far end of the strip so the traffic was minimal. The property had a pool, hot tub and direct access to the beautiful beach. The property was in close proximity to the pier and a nice walk on the cool, white sand.
