Stayed there for a few nights and I have to say that everything was clean and nice to stay in. The beach is at a walking distance and there are a few places that you can go to eat at walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay and will hopefully go back next year!

We had a issue with the hot water heater management took care of it right away and made it comfortable for us to stay there that’s hard to find these days issues can alway pop up but the management here really cares

Jamie (front desk on Thursday May 22)was absolutely amazing. No complaints which we never have any amd we stay atleasr 2 times a year. However the elevators were awhole other issue. The elevator issues should have been addressed sooner

We left right away from this resort 0 customer service or communication to the customers, we rent it for three saya but left the first day it was Old and dirty.

A c went out the first night. The property did fix it but will only reimburse us for the second night not the first. It nearly ruined our trip. We feel in order to stay there again ir use hotels com again we should be reimbursed for both nights we were sweating in the room. Rest of the trip was excellent.

Make sure all fees are up front

Overall the room and everything. Personally being a business owner.I like to know all fees up front. I was a little thrown off after. The cancelation period had passed.I received a email for additional 50.00 for parking pass And wristbands I've stayed down florida many times and this is the first time that I had to deal with that over the net great trip

Great property and location, not enough elevators

Really great location and property. Pool for kids was great. Super close to the beach. Room was clean and easy to settle into. The main issue we ran into was the lack of complete elevator access in the first tower. Only two of three were working at any one time. When checkout at 10a rolled around, elevators were packed! Cleaners were also using the elevators (to tightly do their job!), but they had no utility elevator for them. So, ask for a late checkout if you do stay in tower 1
