The staff were excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful, I ate more times at the restaurant there not only because of the food but then excellent and fun loving staff.

The desk staff, the room maintenance staff and the restaurant staff are all very friendly, helpful and professional. It is conveniently located which made it easy to get to good shopping, restaurants and local sites of interest.

Great location near to many restaurants and metro train station. friendly staff and clean hotel . I think $18 dollars for breakfast was expensive so i declined that offer. Otherwise i enjoyed my stay and would return again. thanks

Fuga de agua en baño. llegó mantenimiento y solo dieron toallas para absorver el agua. Luz que no funcionaba y no tenían repuestos En página de Expedia y link a hotel, se dice que transporte aeropuerto/hotel, hotel/aeropuerto pero no fue cierto. Igual con desayunos- Luego de llamada telefónica a hotel me dicen que costo del transporte de aeropuerto/hotel es de $40. El operador, intentó que le firmara factura por $45. Le dije que me dijeron $40 y respondió ok. Si no se está atenta, le cobran más-

The property was conveniently located in the area of the city where I spend the most time. I stayed in the property 2 weeks and never saw any employees slacking. Everyone seemed to understand their job. The food service was one of the only areas where I saw there was room for improvement. I found myself spending my lunch and dinners at other facilities, where the quality was better. More talent in the kitchen might keep more money spent at the Double Tree, rather than at the Marriott down the street. And when the front manager, Emanuel Sianca, refused to make concessions, nor recognize my Residencia status (disquenta), and one meal I questioned on the bill, I left the facility with a bad taste in my mouth. Not typical for Hilton standards anywhere in the world. I tend to be a very loyal customer, but won't tolerate this kind of treatment for long. MGG

Location good but staff and property needs a lot of improvement worst Hilton hotel experience. Check in terrible I waited over 2 hours as I arrived at 1:30pm and they don't let you check in until 3pm so the Lobby was full as they kept everyone waiting, not even a water I was offer nor they offer to keep my luggage or suggested places to go while I waited. All staff not welcoming, pool have no towels and you have to look or call to get someone to bring you towels as no one in pool area. Room was not service on one of the days I went out all day came back around 5pm and my room had not been done. I'm not satisfied with the experience in this hotel you not even get a bottle of water, a mini fridge with very expensive beverages and snacks. Will not stay here again

Good location ...easy to get around quickly ...the main entrance floor staff and concierge desk were friendly and accommodating and could communicate in English ....was very frustrating to have to ask for towels the first few days of my stay....housekeeping would clean the room but then not leave fresh towels ...had to repeatedly as before I would finally get some ....this occurred about 3 days in a row at the beginning of my stay??? I really couldn't understand it as I have never experienced anything like this in ANY hotel stay ...right up to having someone from the front desk with security to check to see that we were not taking the towels ???? what??? I'm here to sell towels on the side that I have stolen ??? Bizarre ....after about three days of this it finally settled down
