I fell in love with the hotel as soon as I checked in. The staff were helpful and accommodating regarding any questions. Staying here really improved the end of my vacation after the terrible, dirty accommodation at the Motel 6 in Destin. Thank you for getting me well-rested for the 22-hour drive back home (to New York). I think I’ll be back next September.

The location is ideal for beach goers! The coffee provided in the lobby is very good! However, not enough parking spaces on the property, and the rooms really need to be upgraded!

The view was amazing. The pool, hot tub, and poolside bar were nice just closed too early. The elevators were very sketchy but other than that had a great stay!

Liked everything but having to swap rooms after getting settled in for 2 days. They said that the room beside us was flooding so we had to move or be disturbed all day so had to repack everything to move with no discount offered but still enjoyed our trip. The coffee was good and the host were kind and cleaning crew

Things we love: right on the beach kitchen in room Tiki bar - drinks and bar food - its good It is an older property, but the staff is great and we love the location. In summer months they usually have live music nightly - we enjoyed that.

The only good thing was the tiki bar, our bartender was Awesome , manger was more into herself and flirting with other male staff. Maybe new manager would help the place get better.

The workers were nice. The first room 304 was terrible. Took a lil bit but was finally moved into a better room. The building needs updating. The public laundry is cheap in cost but cheaper in quality. The pool and tiki bar is nice but needs to stay open longer. Parking is not great but plenty across the street. Views are great.

All the staff we interacted with were very kind and friendly. Our room was so perfect with a private balcony, separate sitting area and kitchenette. We loved it so much we decided to extend our stay another night. Sometimes the elevator was slow in arriving but that was very minor to all the nice amenities we enjoyed. It was so convenient walking out to the beach right from the hotel. We'd love to come here again next vacation.

Clean room very outdated the kitchen had no cookware or cooking utensils when we requested cookware one pot that looked like they took it out of a dumpster when we asked for another pot they brought another that looked even worse and it had stuck food on the bottom of it we paid more for a kitchen to be able to make food for our family we asked for a discount since we were not able to cook food and they said is not there problem the property itself is nice well located easy. Access to the beach and less than a mile to pear park

We looked at several properties in Panama City Beach. We booked this on Expedia from the description. We were so happy with the location. Our room had 2 queen beds, a mini kitchen with full refrigerator, and a small area with a dining table and couch. Loved the balcony with a full ocean view that also looked over the pool. They have a great Tiki bar next to the pool and you can take your drinks to the beach. They have Lounge chairs and umbrellas already set up at the beach for a small charge. Karen who helped us check in and out, super pleasant and Gabriela and Charity assisted my husband and he wanted me to mention how friendly and helpful they were as well. We loved our tropical cocktail drinks at the bar. We were so happy with the property and the price was right!!! Great morning Lavazza coffee in the lobby.

Room not clean. Dirty dishes. Pan of grease in oven that caught fire. Long hair clumps around. No jets in hot tub. Close pool at dark now. Wasn't this way a year ago. Outdated and beat up furniture in room. Positive is the location on the beach.
