"We will definitely stay here again if we visit PCB. The staff was so friendly. Toni was at reception when we checked in and she was lovely! Within the first 4 hours of being there, I had a few odd requests, and she came through with a smile. I hated that she wasn't working the rest of our stay. David, the manager, shows obvious care in the property. He was constantly present and making sure everything was as it should be. Christina, at breakfast, also always smiling was so kind. We witnessed one guy break the pancake machine and then was quite rude to her after his mistake. She patiently handled with a smile. The breakfast itself was great! My 12yo and 9yo would have stayed in the pools until midnight every day had I let them. 24/7 they have coffee, tea, water and hot chocolate available. The hotel is in walking distance of stores, restaurants and a really cool pier. We always felt safe too, which is very important when traveling with kids. Awesome hotel and staff! "

"The beach view was completly obstructed by trees and a birm, as soon as we arrived the rooom had trash infront and dripping. Roaches coming from the fridge area"

"We were on the ground floor next to the street which was loud. It would have been nice if the pool would have been heated. The morning breakfast was fantastic. Room and hotel were very clean and staff was friendly."
