The room we had had a broken glass cover over the entertainment system and my husband cut his finger on it and one of the elevators in our Tower III stayed broken almost the whole time we were there. Very inconvenient. Thankfully when we had to check out it was working. Over all everything was good. Good ocean view.

Everything was great,location was awesome! Food on property is a must try is was great! I didn’t like that the living room furniture (sofas) had stains on them I think it’s time for a steam cleaning asap lol. But 10/10 I will be back!

Almost 5 stars

Only complaints are that the balcony was a mess (sand on the table and chairs, some kind of flying insect nest by the doors, balcony not swept) and the freezer smelt pretty bad (not sure why? maybe the filter needs changed?). Other than that it's a really nice villa and very comfy.

No not that clean we had to wash all bed spread Then the one bedroom curtain had blood on it & the wall. The master bedroom dirt on the woodwork then once you close the door all kind of finger prints on the door. Please get someone who will clean .so we went out and bought some barhroom bleach and cleaned ourselves.

The description for this condo said it had a king size bed. The bed was absolutely not a king, and if it was a queen it was the smallest, hardest queen size I've slept on in many years. It felt rickety and the headboard squeaked and hit the wall if you even thought about turning over. The floors were dirty. Obviously had not been cleaned. There were no blankets or pillows for the pullout sofa in the living room. The check in process was cumbersome and annoying. I stayed for 2 nights and got 9 emails from the place before I ever even checked in, and I booked the night before! I also got a slew of text messages telling me I had to send a picture of an ID with me in it, I had to fill out a bunch of forms to submit to the place before had. Thought you're allotted 2 parking spots per condo, we struggled to find 1 space in the lot. The elevators are slow and because the check out time is the same for everyone, 9 am, it means a huge traffic jam at the elevators and in the parking lot at that time. The walls were thin and you could hear every the neighbors walking, talking, etc. The fact that check out is 9 am is also inconvenient. You pay a huge property fee, essentially the cost of a room for a night, and then you don't even get to enjoy the property on your check out day. The pools were nice and the beach access was nice. That was the only benefit of staying here and one I would have like to have been able to take advantage of on my check out day.
