There's only 2 good things i have to say about this hotel #1 the pool is nice #2 the water got as hot as I like for a shower. They tried to charge us an extra $250 when we got there and when we finally got that straightened out and got to our room our floor was dirty and they had a problem about even letting us get a broom to sweep it ourselves. The house keeping never checked to see if we needed towels or sheets changed out. We had to go ask for clean towels ourselves, and when we did need some sheets changed the lady huffed and puffed at my wife and said if she had time she would and my wife told her that it was her job to do it and if not corporate would be contacted ( she did come change the sheets finally ). We were not satisified at all, and we will never be staying again and we will not recommend this hotel to anyone at all! In my honest opinion 1 of 3 things need to happen,1. House keeping needs training on what their duties are and dealing with customers, 2. Corporate needs to step in and revamp management and the employees, or 3. They just need to completely shut it down and build a completely new hotel there. Like i said before we will not be back and we DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone

I stayed one night but it was so worth it. Everything was so nice and clean in the room. We was right there where you walk straight on the beach and they even had a seating area outside where you can relax and enjoy the view. The only thing I disliked is the staff attitude when checking in and finding our room it was a walk and def confusing at first but overall the stay was a 9/10.

Very poor experience. My booking was for 3 nights ; Ocean Front with Kitchenette - Room # 101 1. View was good; we bought our food and put in kitchen; not knowing that there were ants and they were all over our food. Called room service but no maintenance guy came. 50$ food wasted. 2. There were no dish soap; no paper towel, no foot rest, no wardrobe. 3. On top of all; saw cockroach on 2nd night after that we put our entire luggage inside our suitcases and never left it open. 4. On last day, toilet flush wasn't working; called room service three times. Each time they told maintenance will be there in few minutes. End up using public toilet. LOL 5. My vacation ruined; mood was OFF. I want my refund.

Room was nice, but for a "Penthouse", you think you would have privacy, but we shared the balcony with the "Penthouse" room next to us. The balcony was super bright at night, and they would not allow it to be turned off, nor was there a switch for it. The balcony also looked down on to Harpoon Harry's dining deck. One of the nights there was a private party at Harpoon Harry's, and loud booming music played until almost 1am. To call this room a "Penthouse" is a joke. We enjoyed ourselves as best that we could. Wait, the first several nights there was a large group of Elks, or Moose lodge folks that practically blocked the stairs going up to the parking lot. They were nice, but come on. The only place to shower off after leaving the beach was by the pool and one of the set of stairs coming up from the beach. The steps closest to us shower did not work. I don't know...to me it was not worth the price at all, and we made friends with several people who said the same thing. Yea, not going back.
