"Shower is barely running, plumber came multiple times but still couldn’t fixed properly and they didn’t changed our room "

"We booked this hotel for one night because we landed at 4am and needed somewhere to sleep. I called days beforehand and asked if it was okay to book this room for the day before and check out the next day just so we had somewhere to sleep. Everyone at the front desk said yes. When we get there, the lady at the front desk tells us no and that we can’t check in. We are then forced to sleep on the couch in the lobby and wait for a manager to come. She was extremely rude and didn’t even try to help us out. 3 hours goes by she gets relieved and her coworker then tells us, our room has been ready and that she doesn’t understand why the First Lady didn’t let us up. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had and I’m thankful for the Second Lady we talked too but I would not stay here again."

"The property was in repair and didn't notify us until we were there staying for 4 nights that the pool would be closed. We got a suite on the canal view so payed top dollar. There is a smell of septic when we walked in the hall to go for breakfast. Also at the pool area. The new staff are amazing kinds and helpful. The staff are not around on Sundays. The pool towels were non on that day told a staff and took 2 hrs to find more. Breakfast is nice but the meat options are very Panamanian. Not up to hotel standards for around the world. We pay for the breakfast at least some bacon ocationaly would be nice. We tried the lunch in the hotel it was not that good. Cocktails are very overpriced. We have been coming to this hotel for 18 yrs sometimes twice a yr. And did find the place cleaned up somewhat. Shuttle service to airport was very good priced properly and very new cars and nice drivers. Overall we would try again . Hopefully new management sort out the issues."
