Clean hotel with termal pool and tub

It's located in city center. Restaurants and shopping options are in walking distance. Pamukkale travertine is 10 minutes drive. A couple of reading lamps would be great but overall we were happy to stay at this hotel.

Merkezi lokasyon güzel. Temizlik gayet iyi. Bahçedeki umumi termal havuz süper. Türk hamamı vasat altı. Televizyon ve buzdolabı çalışmıyordu ama klima sağlamdı. Buzdolabı çalışmadığı için peynirin hepsini yemek zorunda kaldık. Otele girişte nelerden nasıl faydalanabileceğimiz, ücretli ücretsiz hizmet ve aktiviteler, otelden çıkış saatimiz vs. herhangi bir konu hakkında bilgilendirme yapılmadı. Çalışanların amatörlüğünü otelin hizmete yeni açılmasına yordum. Pandemi ve tadilat gibi nedenlerle bir süre ara verdiklerini düşünüyorum. Henüz tempoya ayak uyduramamış olabilirler ancak bunu öğrenmeye çalışmam da ekstra yorgunluğa sebebiyet vereceği için sormadım. Mevcut ücretin yarısına konaklanabilir. Belki on sene sonra iyi bir yer olur.

This property has a spa as its main focus I would say. All the staff even at reception wear clothing like they are in a clinical environment like a hospital, I suppose for the spa. Even the building feels like you’re walking around a hospital. There was no warmth or friendliness at all. No English from any staff. Breakfast and rooms were ok, even where you are served breakfast it feels tucked away in the corner of a hospital. It’s a shame because we have seen such warmth and hospitality around Turkey.
