Excellent stay, couldn't be better! Management both professional and friendly. Good supermarket 5mi s away. Only a spit to both the beach and PDP airport.

The service was wonderful. We had a couple of very small issues but these were resolved very amicably and quickly. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Very helpful staff. Laura, a receptionist, was extremely helpful when I became ill and needed medical assistance. She called the doctor and then translated for us.

Very comfortable hotel in centre of Palermo. My go to hotel when overnighting in BA.

Lovely stay, excellent spa facilities and pool. Breakfast is outstanding. Had many meals at Bengal and food was superb on all occasions

Very attractive and convenient hotel!

Excellent value for money. Well placed, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast included.

We used the hotel as a base in BA, as we visited other parts of the country. The hotel was perfect and the staff were extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We were also able to leave luggage at the hotel, which made travelling so much easier. It is well located in Palermo, a 10 minute walk from the underground and 15-20 mins from some fabulous parks. It is also about 20 meters away from one of the best steak restaurents in BA (Don Julio)

Brilliant stay!
