Indoor pool was not open…that was the main purpose with the grandkids…we did not stay-checked out once we discovered the facility was unacceptable

First impressions were good, staff was friendly and courteous. Carper needs cleaning. Room appeared to be clean, but woke up getting bitten by bedbugs, I’m still itching, this was my first experience with bedbugs and hopefully my last time. I do Not recommend this hotel and I will be contacting the hotel personally.

I come up 2 a yr to see the grandbabies. And normally have to stay elsewhere. I hope you can keep the price range like this. One thing I'd look into is the laundry has a musty smell. It needs to be fresher.

Receptionist not friendly. Desk chair broke. Cold air blowing in under the wall heater. Hotel and room was clean. Decent breakfast

The lights in the bathroom are yellow! This is the 3rd stay there, different room and they all had yellow lighting. Not good for women trying to put makeup on!!

Overall, the stay was good. I would say the quality of the breakfast was below average. The breakfast advertisements in the facility overstated the actual product, imo.

Breakfast was very good. Service was good. The room was much too hot. The temperature in the room never got lower than 77 degrees. Also the mattress was much to hard.

Ok stay, met my needs.
Stay was ok, the desk in the room could be bigger, additional power outlets would be better. The AC stayed Luke warm room never cooled down below 73. Shower water temperature had 1 setting HOT, would not regulate temperature. Towels needed to be replaced as the towel was partially worn out.

This is the only place I will stay in Pampa when visiting for work. Always friendly staff and really good continental breakfast. Rooms are spacious and clean and comfy beds as well. Excellent quality and value for the price! Highly recommend!

We have stayed at this hotel in years past and we like it a lot. But I think the quality has declined. For breakfast, the eggs and sausages and even some of the coffee were room temperature. Also, the chest-of-drawers is no longer in the room. We remember it being there in the past and it’s helpful to have when staying for several nights like we did. The fitness equipment was good. The elevator shuddered when traveling up or down. We still like this hotel. The atmosphere is good and it is a nice place to stay.

Hello, thank you for your comments. I am sorry for the issues mentioned in regards to breakfast and will look into those immediately. Unfortunately our drawers are located in the built-in on the outside-facing wall and not a chest of drawers. Hopefully though we can begin some renovations of bigger items soon. Hopefully we can make your next experience great like it once was.
For a relatively new, fairly highly rated property, i was very disappointed. It appears to be of very cheap construction, and the condition is below average. I will not stay at this property again.

The shades in the room did not block the outdoor lights. I could NOT SLEEP!
Also, the heater did not warm the room enough. I was cold in bed even with an extra blanket.
The bed was not made properly.

Room was nice and comfortable. Very quiet which made for an enjoyable stay. Only small problem was TV did not work well. Most stations were fuzzy and not clear. No info button on the remote so we did not know what station we were on. Guide channel did not work as well. Otherwise, very nice stay.
