"The staff was amazing. I was returning “home” to Miami for a relatives funeral and they weee so kind and patient with me. Ian was amazing at check in and he really made me feel welcomed and extended his condolences. He was fase friendly and efficient. Thank you! There was another young lady in the evening with short black hair from PR that was so helpful. I was so exhausted from an emotionally draining week and she was very patient with me. The bartenders were also amazing as well. Great experience overall. "
"This is a very nice hotel close to two full malls and plenty of dining very close by. This hotel is next to Baptist Main Hospital and numerous doctors' offices in the area. I use this hotel as a base camp for my wife and I to attend our monthly doctors' appointments and enjoy all the restaurants and shopping nearby. Anything you want to purchase of eat is within a few miles or less. We always stay several days just to enjoy the area. There is a nice pool, restaurant, Starbucks and bar on the property also. Seems to be a mixture of business and pleasure clientele who stay at the hotel."
"Our cottage was old school Florida charm which is exactly what I was looking for! The property had a nice little beach with loungers and umbrellas. The docks had adirondak chairs perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening. I would definitely recommend this property!"
