He took the time to carefully explain the different tour options and made thoughtful recommendations that really enhanced our trip. His dedication and professionalism truly stood out—he went over and above in every way. We loved our stay so much that we actually came back one week later for the return leg of our vacation, which says everything. The Lloyd Hotel has definitely earned a loyal customer, and we will be back again for sure. Highly recommended!"

"I loved how when arriving Andrea and his mother were there to check us in, they were both so welcoming and there was no guessing how to get in or how things worked. The room was extremely clean and the location couldn't be better, a quick walk from the train, and I mean, we were across the road from the sea! I want to say how much we appreciated the care they took when I became very sick and needed fresh towels and other supplies, they came right away and even brought a thermometer for me, then Andrea came back the next day to check in on me. Thank you so much again for your hospitality and kindness. The best B&B I've stayed in by far. Tracey & Rachel"
